Team Registration
The registration fee is $250 per team. This fee includes 6 team tshirts, 6 wristbands, clay pigeons and ammo for the trap shoot.
Once you submit your team information, you will be directed to the Donations page. Scroll to the bottom of the Donations page for instructions on how to submit your registration fee.
Please note that for the trap shooting event at least one participant must be female; for the sand volleyball event at least 3 participants must be female. Therefore please ensure you have at least 3 females on your team.
Your team may have more than 6 team members; however, teams with more than 6 team members will be charged an extra $15 per person for additional team shirts and wristbands.
To add more than 6 team members, check the box at the end of the form to populate additional player information.
Enter each participant's email address. Do not enter the same email address for multiple players if at all possible.
Registration ends May 1, 2026.
**Please do not enter “TBD” in any field. All required information must be selected for your team to be considered registered. Submissions containing “TBD” will not be accepted.**
