Join Hold Our Youth Tight out at Cedar Lake in Winterset for a youth fishing outing on Sunday, September 20 from 3-5PM! ​Pre-register your child by Saturday, September 12, to secure a FREE fishing pole provided by Hold Our Youth Tight! We will be grilling out and providing food for participants and attendees.

Note: participation is limited to kids under the age of 18.

Sorry, the pre-registration form is now closed. Registration is not required to participate - come out to Cedar Lake for the event to join the fun! Make sure to bring your own poles as Hold Our Youth Tight cannot guarantee we will be able to supply poles to non-registered participants.

WAIVER & CONSENT

By signing below and submitting this form, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) named in this registration and grant permission for them to participate in the Hold Our Youth Tight Fishing Frenzy. You acknowledge that activities near water, on docks, or on boats carry inherent risks, including slips, falls, and drowning. You agree to release and hold harmless Hold Our Youth Tight, its event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and property owners from liability for any injuries, accidents, or lost or damaged property that may occur during the event. You also authorize event organizers to seek emergency medical treatment for your child in the event you cannot be reached.


Food will be served at the event, including hot dogs, chips, and a dessert. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility as the parent or legal guardian to ensure the safety of your child regarding any food allergies or medical conditions. Life jackets will not be provided at this event; families are encouraged to bring their own life jacket for their child. You understand that the parent or legal guardian of the registered child is required to be present for the full duration of the event.


By participating, you grant Hold Our Youth Tight permission to photograph and/or record video at the event and to use those images and recordings on its social media channels and website.
